Currently Executive Chairman of Velocity Global, Ben has more than 20 years of experience leading high-performing teams and driving innovation in global workforce management. A passionate entrepreneur, adventurer, and sportsman, Ben once ran seven marathons on seven continents in seven days to support First Descents, a nonprofit that empowers young adults facing serious illness through outdoor experiences. He is also a Limited Partner of the Colorado Rockies baseball club. Kevin Krauth is the CEO and co-founder of Orderly Health, a digital health startup seeking to build out the foundational platform for healthcare provider data management. Orderly was named one of the “Top 50 Companies to Watch” by BuiltIn Colorado in 2017, was part the Denver ScaleUp Network in 2018, and was a Colorado Company to Watch winner in 2022.
Prior to Orderly, Kevin led Product for Electronic Arts Data Platform Team, worked in Product at Upsight, and was in Corporate M&A for Blackstone.
He graduated from Duke University, holds a certificate in Machine Learning from MIT, and is a CiviCO Program Fellow alumnus, a program designed for civic-minded leaders in Colorado in collaboration with McKinsey & Co.

Before co-founding Iterate, Jon was the founder and 10-year CEO of eBags.com, which grew profitably to over $100 million in revenue with a 34% CAGR from 2000 to 2008. A pioneer in e-commerce, eBags was among the first to dropship from 500+ third-party warehouses, collect customer reviews, run A/B tests, and operate on a negative cash conversion cycle. Its focus on experimentation helped make it one of the highest-converting retail sites online, recognized by Nielsen as a Top 10 U.S. retailer for conversion rates. eBags also launched and sold 6pm.com to Zappos and managed CaseLogic.com and TUMI.com globally. Before its acquisition by Samsonite, eBags served 40 million+ annual shoppers and sold over $1.65 billion in travel products. Between eBags and Iterate, Jon invested in and advised startups.

Hayfa is a growth startup operator turned investor who is deeply passionate about the growing tech ecosystem here in Colorado. She has aligned her passion for building and scaling startups by joining the investing team at Range Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on funding and supporting the best technology entrepreneurs in the greater Denver area.

Perry Rosenbloom is the CEO and Co-Founder of Motion.io, a client onboarding and collaboration platform that helps service-based businesses streamline client communication and project delivery. Before founding Motion.io, he built and scaled Brighter Vision, a SaaS company serving thousands of mental health professionals with website and marketing solutions. Brighter Vision was acquired by EverCommerce in 2020.

Alex Ryden is the Founder & CEO of Guest House, the leading platform that automates everything agents and homeowners need to create a beautiful listing—from staging to cleaning to photography—all in one place. Guest House reduces listing prep time by 10x, helping homes hit the market faster and sell for top dollar. Founded in Colorado in 2019, the company has supported over 2,000 homeowners, enabled more than $2B in home sales and operates in Denver, Boulder, San Diego, Orange County, Phoenix and Scottsdale. Alex is an active member of YPO Colorado and has formerly served on the board of the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts. He holds degrees in Communications and Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara, and enjoys traveling with his family, snowboarding in Steamboat and golfing wherever it’s warm.

Dave Grant is the Chief Executive Officer of PickNik Robotics. He previously led the company’s Sales & Marketing efforts, helping establish PickNik as a leader in robotics applications. Before joining PickNik, Dave drove growth initiatives at Uplight and Smartabase, delivering significant scale in enterprise software environments. He holds deep experience in SaaS, go-to-market strategy, and robotics-adjacent B2B product leadership.

Jennifer Cyphers is the founder of Pynwheel Inc., a leading tour tech company in the multifamily industry. Jennifer has extensive experience in digital marketing, product development, and business strategy. Jennifer has been a presenter and moderator at various industry events and has worked with companies such as Engrain, ApartmentList, and Vast.com. Jennifer holds a BA in Foreign Languages and Psychology from Lewis & Clark College.

Mike Gionfriddo is a lifelong technologist. He has deep experience in building scalable, modern fintech and financial services platforms, for companies like Blackhawk Network and JP Morgan Chase. Prior to Tallied, Mike was CTO at Pie Insurance where he built and led the engineering and data teams and helped deliver the first public API for commercial insurance. As Chief Architect and CTO of Blackhawk, he oversaw productand technology development, leveraging the public cloud to lead the company tobecome the fifth largest and fastest processor on the Visa network, and help Blackhawk to IPO.
Mike earned the prestigious title of Distinguished Engineer from Sun Microsystems and pioneered the use of Java for system and network management as the development lead. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and holds multiple patents.

Sha Ma is the Co-Founder and CEO of FinTe, a platform that helps organizations understand and manage cloud infrastructure costs by bridging finance and engineering teams. With over 20 years of experience in technology leadership, she has held senior roles including CTO at Catalyst and Totango, VP of Engineering at GitHub, and a key leadership position at SendGrid (acquired by Twilio), where she contributed to its IPO.
At FinTe, Sha leads the company’s mission to redefine cloud cost management through its “DevFinOps” approach—integrating financial operations and DevOps principles to drive smarter, earlier cost decisions in the software development lifecycle.

Brad Matheson

Brad Matheson is an accomplished AI architect and innovator with a proven track record in delivering impactful solutions across threat detection, autonomous robotics, and enterprise intelligence. He specializes in AI workflow design using LangGraph and custom tools for tasks like company profiling, data expansion, and relationship graphing.
Brad has pioneered advancements in large language models, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), self-consistency tooling, and memory systems for long- and short-term context. His work spans robotics (ROS, RL), NLP (98% accuracy), and intelligent agents (92% accuracy, 96% consistency), leveraging cutting-edge tools like FAISS, OpenAI embeddings, and ElasticSearch.
