Jeremy Bloom is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and the first athlete to compete in the Winter Olympics as a skier while being drafted into the NFL. At 15, he became the youngest male freestyle skier to qualify for the U.S. Ski Team and went on to become a 3x World Champion, 2x Olympian, 11x World Cup Gold Medalist, and the youngest freestyle skier inducted into the U.S. Skiing Hall of Fame. In football, he was an All-American at the University of Colorado and played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Pittsburgh Steelers. Bloom founded the non-profit Wish of a Lifetime in 2008, fulfilling lifelong wishes for seniors, and later co-founded the software company Integrate, which was acquired in 2022. In 2024, he became CEO of X Games, where he will expand the brand globally, introduce new sports, and lead the launch of the X Games League in 2026.

Hayfa is a growth startup operator turned investor who is deeply passionate about the growing tech ecosystem here in Colorado. She has aligned her passion for building and scaling startups by joining the investing team at Range Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on funding and supporting the best technology entrepreneurs in the greater Denver area.

Darko founded Poly to break free from the limitations of low/no code platforms, custom IDEs, and DSLs that lock enterprises into subpar solutions. He was tired of expensive ‘experts’ draining resources and institutional disorder ruining the joy of software development.

Murad has previously worked as a research intern at AT&T, where they designed and built the first prototype setup of EdgePlex system. EdgePlex is a new edge router architecture following software defined networks (SDN) and network function virtualization (NFV) principals. Murad has also worked as a research assistant at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where they provided performance evaluation of the reference implementation (RI) of Web Feature Service (WFS). In 2006, they started working as a support team manager at Trans-Sahara IT & Communication (1stNET).

Shawn Hanna is the Founder of a stealth mode robotics company for the construction industry.. He has experience as Technical Project Lead at Scythe Robotics based in Longmont, Colorado. Previously, Shawn was a Senior Robotics Software Engineer at Scythe Robotics and also held positions at Kaarta, Platypus Wine Tours, Carnegie Mellon University, Torc Robotics, Caterpillar, Human Engineering Research Laboratories.

James is an experienced chemist with knowledge across the drug discovery process (new targets, hit-to-lead, lead dev). He led project and chemistry efforts at Harvard University, Pfizer, and Think spanning antibody drug-conjugate development and small molecule inhibitors for high-profile kinase, phosphatase, and transcription factor targets. James also led and managed new methods development efforts at Pfizer Boulder where he pioneered new photo-catalyzed chemistry. Melisa Koutz Fich is a Recruiting Leader who has spent the last decade of her career learning at Google, growing Airbnb from ~500 to 5k+ and scaling Robinhood from ~100 to 4K+ - helping both Airbnb and Robinhood go from pre-IPO to a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ. She holds extensive experience in technical and nontechnical recruiting inclusive of Executive and Board hiring. Melisa advises several early stage start ups as they scale their companies from Seed to Series D - specializing in scaling leadership, engineering and IPO readiness teams from the ground up.

Brian co-founded Frontera Health, a company developing AI/ML tools to improve access to pediatric behavioral therapies for families in rural communities. Before starting Frontera, Brian worked as a venture capitalist at General Catalyst, investing in technology and healthcare companies. Previously, he held a variety of operating and advisory roles contributing to Microsoft's strategy and the IP acquisition that would become Minecraft Education.
